(Cunning linguist, awesome) I still gotta disagree on this. AWD system, sure. Subaru type, no. That race Legacy is using a 'Subaru type' AWD system in the same way that a NASCAR Camry is using a 'Toyota V8'. Technically true, but zero relation to production tech. As far as I know, Subaru only currently uses the axles-sticking-out-of-the-front-of-the-transmission type AWD system. Doubt they will engineer a totally different AWD system for this car. Option is a Toyota AWD system, maybe. I don't know how the IS does it, but I would guess more conventionally (Driveshaft to front, separate front diff...)? This would likely be an asymetric as opposed to Subaru's symetric (how the hell do you spell symetry properly?) AWD.

^ It's "subaru type" because it's symmetrical.

^ A 2.5L Turbo would be an absolute moster in a car of this weight. My guess is still for the 2.0L N/A, but I don't doubt that there may be a turbo version (Whether it's solely the G's model, I'm not sure).
Hell, even a 2.0L Turbo would be a monster in this lightweight chassis.
