Will I get two remotes? Can I use just one for both? Is there a way I can use one remotes but switch from Fog lights to angel lights so I can rock different colors and styles?

Excellent Question Will, if you decide you want just one remote you will save money from not buying the second, but you won't be able to change the headlight and fog light colors separately. I'd recommend buying two remotes so you can decide what color to choose for your fogs and angel eyes. One remote per set of angel eyes

What is the FRS COB LED Kit vs. the FRS RGB Multicolor kit? (The $90 vs $80 kits)?

The COB LED Kit is a continuous SMD ring with no breaks, so the lighting appears more uniform and it is brighter than the SMD kit.
