That's my set up right now. When I only had the TRD catback, it was only a tad louder than fully stock. A nice deep low rumble when rev'ed and same level of loudness as stock when cruising. But when I put the Borla UEL headers on, it became loud. Not in EXTREMELY loud, but loud enough to wake the neighbors in the morning on a cold start. I never heard one with aftermarket headers and stock everything else, though, so I can't comment on the difference on that.
