Mod friendly dealer in DMV

This past week I noticed some idle issues with the car, but I thought it was just because of the cold. I popped on a revworks header and they grew exponentially, to the point of almost stalling etc. I thought it might just be the tune, so I ordered an OFT. I got it in today and flashed to the newest UEL tune. Still has some serious dipping and near stall. So here is my plan. Put the OEM header back on and see what it does. If it does not fix it (which I am thinking it won't), then what dealer would be best to go to that won't try to F my A, if you know what I mean.

Almost forgot!! Mods are revworks header, track pipe (axleback), cosworth drop-in.

UPDATE: Do not put a defowler on the front O2 sensor.

With a tune you shouldn't need the defowler.

Regardless, if you put a defouler before where the cat should be, bad things happen. That is the point of the update.
