Nope. You would have to prove it was intentionally intended to deceive. Just because they screwed up doesn't make it false just wrong!
Probably a disclaimer in fine print that says "not exactly as shown" on there someplace anyway

Look at all that fine print at the bottom. I'll bet you "dealer not responsible for typos or advertising errors" is written in there. That being said, an argument could be made if said advertisement was brought to the store and the dealer confirmed all info is correct in writing. Good luck getting them to do that
