track pad front, stock rear?

Hi, I'm certain this question has been asked, but I wasn't able to find the answer searching...

Historically I've swapped my track pads (CL RC6) in for summer use and street pads (stock pads) in for winter. The RC6s are noisy as heck.

This summer I installed the AP Racing sprint kit with Hawk pads for street and CL RC8 pads for track. I still have the RC6 pads in the rear. This was with the intention of swapping pads just for track day, and otherwise keeping the Hawks in for DD use.

But the RC6s in the rear are still noisy. I don't want to swap the rear pads every track day. Will the stock pads suffice in the rear on the track, given that the fronts are doing the majority of the stopping work anyway?

Thanks!

Running staggered pad compounds can make the EBFD do funny things, I would be careful for the first couple sessions until you feel it out.

How did you like the hawks for the street? I like my s100 but they are super noisy.

I ran on stock calipers Fedoro DS2500 and now on Stoptech BBK front I run Stoptech streetpads all around. Haven't run different in front and back.

I normally run the same pads on the BRZ now, for awhile I ran different pads though.
