In Kelowna that doesn't matter much but I guess in Vancouver it does!
That was the hardest thing for me to be honest. I really, really, really wanted Galaxy Blue Silica/Aquamarine... But I went through this (http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=3806) thread and it won my heart. |

Haha, oh man, every time I go through that thread and see those ghetto wheels I get a slight panic attack... What if my car came with those!

I don't know. I wish I banked at a credit union because I looked at the car loan rates my bank has posted and they are horrible.

That was probably the final thing that pushed me towards an FR-S. I was interested in the upgraded interior bits in the BRZ Sport Tech, but no red available? No sale.

I have never dealt with a credit union but I probably can't just walk in and be like, oh hey, never seen you guys before but I hear you got good financing... Let me borrow from you at near 0%! |

Very few colours to choose from kills it for me
The only bits I want is Euro headlights I don't really care for the dual zone climate

If i had to guess, for a 5 year (60mth) finance, the Subaru will be 4.9, and the Scion 3.9 or 4.9
Credit unions, last i checked for myself, was prime + 2-3% . Also note that Car dealerships do 'simple' interest. Banks do compound (the fair way). So a 4% loan from a bank should be cheaper than a 4% dealer finance for equal terms.

Assuming you put ZERO down on a Sport-tech BRZ, a 60 month finance, everything inclusive. at 3.9% you end up paying about $3,550 in interest alone. If it's 4.9%, you're paying about $4500 in interest just to compare, a FRS out the door, 60mth total interest @3.9% = ~$3150 @4.9% = ~$4000 It's also something everyone should consider when comparing the FRS to the BRZ, not just the MSRP difference, but also the extra $100 in freight/pdi and $400-$500 for extra interest(if financing) It'd be good to stop by your bank and find out sooner rather than later
