Thats the only number i personally want.. 300 WHP.. i never really had a goal. and i know ill hit it 300 and im really happy with that.. the 400hp was fun to drive, but at the top of the first 3 gears its useless all id does is spin his 255's.. ill run the e85 because of the safety reasons, and i asked them to make is extremely safe.. id rather give 25hp and know ill be safe then try and push the limits..

PCV absolutely does not need a "valve," and I can name plenty of cars off the top of my head that don't run valves.
Regardless, it appears the twins do run one, but I haven't taken it apart myself to see. |

Crankcase ventilation (which I am assuming is what you are referring to) and PCV are not the same

Regardless, valveless setup works under boost as well if it's routed correctly (as Toyota did for decades) |

I've got Radium catch cans so I'm assuming I need a 1/2" checkvalve somewhere in that line going to the crank? I know the other line goes to the intake manifold, but the other line should be the crank case where you don't want it to see boost? Just making sure I understand it right. and the direction of flow goes Crank case ---> Catch Can ----> Intake Manifold or the other way around? I'm pretty sure you don't have to touch anything on the PCV side of things after reading about some of the turbo guys setups. It's mainly preventing the crank case from being pressurized. |

That is the way it is supposed to work as the vacuum produced in the intake manifold pulls the crankcase pressure out. The problem is that in a forced induction application not only does that vacuum go away under throttle, but you are now pressurizing the intake manifold which is then going to attempt to pressurize your crankcase reversing that flow without a check valve.

Check valves are like $5. They should just be installed for piece of mind knowing you're not putting 10PSI into the crank case regardless if there is a valve stock or not. Herp derp it does it doesn't have one stock, just put one in and be done knowing that it has one since you put it in.
