I ordered mine a few months back, and I love it. I had zero issues getting it ordered, and Chad replied to all of my messages. I basically asked him if he had the STi logo + shift pattern already on hand, since it's used in a lot of the promo images. He was prompt to reply, and the knob I got was absolutely perfect.



Red on an STi maybe makes a little more sense considering it matches a lot of the STi accent colors.

And sometimes it takes reporting someone to Paypal and filing a credit card chargeback after they take your money and sit on it, don't respond to emails for a month and then just start stringing you along with "shipping soon" emails. Which then go to "it shipped last week" and then "it must have got lost".

It was funny that when I replied with a message about filing a USPS mail fraud claim, I had it on my doorstep with overnight shipping the next day.

Great product. Terrible "company".

And yes, I canceled the chargeback.

When I made my order, I had planned to have it for my track day, and tey told me it would not be a problem, never made it, i emailed them, after prompting for a response they told me it hadnt even been shipped yet because they had issues with making the grip tape , I requested a shipping number in 2 emails, never got one, just sent another one, hoping to get a response.. I am wondering if they have even sent out yet, as one was to be for a gift, If it has not been sent out yet, I am going to be requesting a refund. No reason I should be waiting more than a couple weeks for a pair of shift knobs. especially being in North America.

just quit while your ahead and get yourself a nice Raceseng Shift knob...

I could be wrong and it could be a misunderstanding, I understand business can get busy, I don't want to knock them just yet, if the shift knobs are in by next friday I will be happy, I want them for my next track day.

I really liked the look and review of their heavyweight shift knobs. But with this terrible of customer service I will probably look elsewhere for a new shift knob.

i just personally really like there products, i have a couple of there items and the attention to detail is amazing!

i dont know if they do custom, but im sure if you PM @Raceseng im sure they can give you a proper answer
