That amount of knock retard is not really much to worry about. But you can always load the 91oct version of the map instead if you want it completely gone. There is no problem with running the 91oct map on 93oct fuel. If i had my way, I wouldn't even have labeled the two map options 91oct and 93oct. But rather "standard" and "aggressive".

i may try rescale the maf to get the afr down a bit, or would that not affect it?

Mate if it was me i would not touch the MAF scaling it looks spot on 0.7% and 0% throughout rpm range and 2% at idle.

If you want to make it richer/leaner adjust the values in the Primary Open Loop Fuel Table.

or even safer just have a read of the knock correction thread below first post and just pull about half the knock correction amounts from the BASE TIMING B table at the rpm load points where their is knock. If you can get it back to -0.6 or less that fine. Then maybe tweek the IAT vs Ignition retard table to make it slightly more aggressive for hot track days and mabe look at the Engine coolant vs retard for a bit of extra safety.

So if we want to be as safe as possible, should we stick with the 91 oct tune over the 93, even with access to 93?

Virtual machines works fine, no need for boot camp.

He may have just used MAC to do the tune files folder filing.

You can install windows inside VM so windows environment would be exactly what you get. Plug a usb device, it would ask if it wants to connect to mac or VM (windows) so choose VM, done. OFT connected to OFM in windows and inside VM whilst MAC OS still running.
23 years of windows here, granted mostly for work for the last 8 years.

Your LTFT looks far better than mine: http://datazap.me/u/akyp/20140918-a00g-01

Maybe I should do the MAF scaling.
