If they have a dealer decal on the car, I will not take it off the lot until they remove it themselves.

My old economics instructor in college said that he was able to knock a couple hundred more off the final price before he signed because he said the dealership wasn't paying him to be a mobile advertisement for their dealership. It was either lower the price or he walked. This was 12 or so years ago now and unlikely to happen at dealerships anymore.

The car has a fairly big scratch on the front passenger side quarter panel. Dealer is suppose to try to fix it as part of the deal and they also offered to remove the decal when I take it in for the scratch.

I'll let them deal with that, I got bigger fish to fry, RATTLES!!!!

Oh there will be rattles! When mine stop now I start to wonder what went wrong. Many will work their way out in the first week or so. The rest can be lubed, tightened or otherwise muffled. Some you just learn to ignore. Sound proofing is next to nil! Part of the whole $30K sports car experience really.

Car has almost 10k miles so I would imagine those that would work themselves out should of already done so. Looking up the fix for the window switch rattle because I have it bad. Already plugged up the noise hole thanks for that tip!

Yep, I had them write "no dealer stickers/badges" on the contract when I bought mine. I told them I would take a license plate frame though, which I threw out as soon as I got home.

Ya you would think so. Previous owner probably never dealt with them or you develop new ones after a while. Right at this very moment I am pretty much rattle, squeak and odd vibration free. Will see how long that lasts when it gets cold(er).
Exhaust sound better with that tube plugged???
