and bought a 2008 Civic Si Sedan, Fiji Blue. bone stock (aside from some silly cosmetic items) but very mechanically sound.

it was the "responsible" thing to do, since i paid less than half of what an FRS would have cost, and this has a full back seat. i enjoy it quite a bit, and who knows, maybe in a number of years i'll trade it off on an FRS...

Nice. I like Si's. Couldnt get one though because they all have that stupid sunroof which cuts headroom down

Funny coincidence too, I was looking at a blue '09 Sedan last week at the dealer. I've always wished I'd had a chance to experience an 8th gen.

Enjoy it while you can! I expect those fun little screamer engines (like the rotary) aren't coming back.
