Michigan BRZ/FRS Random Chat and spotted thread.

Fresh back from the SCCA Solo nationals. I ended up 8th out of 55 cars, but happy to report that I was fastest of 23 BRZ's/FRS's in the class.

We have a local autocross coming up THIS Sunday, at Belle Isle in Detroit. Metro-Parks pass is NOT required for 2014. Anyone coming out to this? I'm happy to take people along for rides. Belle Isle is pretty nice (its God's country compared to the rest of the city), great place to hang out and even come watch, but I recommend you register and check it out. No club membership required.

Spotted a SWP BRZ in the parking garage in Royal Oak behind McDonald's. Had a set of Toms, exhaust, tint.

Also spotted a red BRZ parked by Pronto in Royal Oak.

Just registered and looking forward to Sunday! I'm the red #86 in STX, and I could definitely use some pointers as this will be only my second autoX event.

Before I got my "WHATEVA" plates in Ohio.. I tried this one, funny it's available in Michigan

Glad you came out, hopefully You're encouraged to bring your car out and give it a try next time. My car isn't heavily modified what so ever, and you can see it's quite capable. Got down to a 41.3, but was only good enough for 8th / 180 cars on overall index.

I hate you Sean, my car should be faster but the driver is slow as hell haha
