edit- apparently the 12am PST restriction is only for digital downloads to be unlocked on X1/PS4. Physical discs should allegedly work immediately..

The digital copy is the way to go. Pre-downloaded it last week sometime and aside from a 3mb patch this morning it was ready to go.

I figured this is one of those games I wont be selling down the road so digital made sense. I'll probably do this for most of the "big" games coming out.

I would've bought a digital copy if I had a functioning console. Bought the PS bundle and it should be delivered today.

I don't think I'll be selling this either. I couldn't find a physical limited edition for preorder, and then figured the extra stuff would just take up space eventually anyway... The biggest reason though is since I can do remote play with the Vita (and it's actually really good with Destiny) I don't have to worry that I forgot to put the disc in the drive to play the game.. So in a few weeks when I'm chilling at the beach I can sit there and play Destiny as well, over the internet.

Also, for anyone that wants it. Apparently Prima probably messed something up here..
