Hey @Ft86Chris You can use my tuner. He is one of the best out there and has tuned hundreds of 86's na and boosted including mine. I have the cable and tuning software already so you wouldn't need to buy that. I'm helping tune another na brz right now to

I have that one and like you said great clearance but damm is it heavy. I have to carry it out of my townhouse basement out to the parking lot every time I need to use it. I have had to resort to making shoulder straps and lifting with my legs as I can't carry it only with my arms. But it sure makes changing over to the winter and summer tires easy.

We should all follow @KingGeo idea and buy a lift for the club, i wouldnt mind paying 20$ monthly to have access to a bay and be able to do some stuff
