Oil buring smell after installing lighter pulley

I installed kartboy pulley and after brift drive(20min) buring oil smell comes through a/c vent. Anyone had similar problem? Tks

Check that your install didn't mess up the oring behind the pulley. If it's leaking that may be whats burning.

Just did a Perrin pulley earlier today and notice nothing of the sort. As apoc stated check the crankshaft pulley spacer and verify it didn't become unseated.

I would check around the engine below the pulley. If it's all clean you're fine. You may have dripped a bit oil somewhere and it's just burning off.

This, if you're 100% sure the o-ring is fine then make sure the pulley isn't leaking. I have the Perrin and it doesn't leak at all and the Kartboy shouldn't ether. If it does then contact Kartboy for a replacement.

How long have you had thr car for? Mind did this for a bit and then it went away. I have the kartboy pulley as well but I have been smelling something burn, nit sure if it's othrrs cars or mine
