Nice we can be the GSB twins haha

I actually don't think White will be a rare colour consider white is the colour of choice for like 80% of Richmond haha

Yeah Ahmed is slow to answer me as well but he always picks up his phone and I call a decent amount

why do these guys suddenly come leaping to mind!!!

I thought about that with the White color. I'll probably be the only white guy driving around Richmond in a white FR-S if that is the color I end up with. But as I said, blue and red are my first choices.

I keep asking this, but does anyone know the date these things go on sale? It would be nice for the dealership to tell us so I can start cleaning and detailing my Audi for trade/resale.

Yeah he is working or at least he is answering his phone

Getting a auto is fine if you want to use it as a pure daily I think but if you plan on having some spirited driving or wanting to learn more about how to drive you got to have a manual. Driving lines are easier to learn on auto tho IMO since all you are doing is focusing on the driving

Yeah I actually want to talk to Ahmed about why we have to pay such a crazy frieght when its like 10 mins away

Probably because its from Japan here. Thats the logical guess I would have anyway.

If you do talk to Ahmed, we need to get some of our details straight here. Ikaros and I have been talking and it seems like Ryan and Ahmed are giving us conflicting stories on what the first shipment colore and transmissions are.

Its confusing that the same dealership is giving us 2 different stories on the first shipment.

With the colours I didn't clearly remember what I was told and Ahmed was kind of vauge about it anyways.

No I get the fact its coming from Japan but gimme a break we pay the same freight as everyone else in Canada yet we will get our cars first

Things should be better when we go and check the cars out in person we can all hear what is being said cause you know how those he said she said convos usually go

I wonder, when will we be able to finally go check out our cars? I know it seems silly but I still haven't even sat in the thing.

A date would also be really nice because my Dad goes away on May 19th and I would love for him to see the car before he leaves. He wont be back until the middle of June.

I know how you feel I was like that for a while but I got a bunch of seat time in the BRZ at the carshow so that kind of relieved a lot of pent up excitement

o.0 Are they keeping the white out there in the dealership or are they passing it from one dealership to another?

I seriously Hope i can Drive this car before i commit to anything.

I'm really doubting if i can "stand" stock power for long . It seems like the more recent reviews are nit picking power output more than ever.

Unfortunately this car isn't like my wrx where i can throw $1500 bucks into it and go from 265hp to 320 like nothing. God bless turbos..=p

That whiteout FRS @ open road Scion, had red stitching BTW =p....was this still a mystery? i haven't been paying attention to that thread

yeah i was out there earlier at 3pm. the car is beautiful!

btw. the lot attendant put gas in the car and parked it in the lot. He forgot to lock the doors so I went to sit in the car. They were right, everything is placed properly and the shifts have a short throw on it. One of the salesmen came out and he was about 6' tall. He sat in the front passenger seat and I tried to sit in the back. I had ZERO leg space and he barely had any headroom.

I love the white paint - its a beautiful car. I am just gonna wait for my pre-order.

I just noticed as i was looking through the facebook "album" for open road. There's an interior shot that shows just the front corner of one of the seats, i can see red stitching, that's why i brought it up

So many Scion people said No Red stitching...makes you realize you can't trust anyone but yourself =p
