Did you buy direct from Japan for JDM market? I'm guessing your going to do custom Ecutek tune instead of waiting for their Flash Editor device to be released.

I believe you can get the V2 now from Japan. You'll just need to contact a vendor that can grey market it over to the USA. It's not officially released for the NA market yet if you go through your HKS USA dealer.

Yes, there will be a custom tune. There are already at least two cars in Moscow with the V2 installed and tuned. So, local guys already gained some experience, hopefully the tune will be not bad

Please look at the gain instead of the number. This dynodynamics is a low power output number. And this is an automatic.

That dyno is a heartbreaker if it made 124 before the supercharger. That 203 will become 260 on a dynojet.

FML, please people look at the percent change, not the overall number. 203.3/124.9=1.6277 That's a 62.8% increase over the baseline. If the baseline was 165whp as is fairly typical for a dynojet, that would be 165*1.6277=268.6
And before anyone loses their mind about the hp and tq not crossing at 5252, take a look at left side of the dyno, hp and tq are scaled differently. |
