No, I said like 850-900

Do you think this kit can safely approach 270whp on 93 pump gas?

I don't think it has the capability to reach those numbers on pump gas.

Here is something you guys might get a kick out of. I believe this is the first forced induction Toyota 86 the Top Gear crew was able take for a spin. Just thought you Twin Screw owners would like to know "The Stig" loved it...

Here is a little more on the story along with more photos.

Top Gear, The Stig, RMS Innovations and Delicious Tuning

P.S. It is a Twin Screw 210+ Supercharger Kit.

Would running a slightly heavier oil help with blow by as have noticed that this is a bit of an issue and are still running 0w 20.

Have ordered a catch can and waiting for that but would like some advice on if a 0w30 or 5w30 would slow the oil use down a bit.

Any first hand experience would be appreciated and maybe William could chime in.

Well what about 250 whp? Even with 93, intercooler and 69mm pulley?

Those numbers are definitely reachable on 93 octane with those parts. We have done it on 91 octane. We are making about 220 on a Mustang Dyno which baselines as 153 on a stock BRZ. This would equate to about ~257 on a DynoJet. So yes very doable.

With the right supporting mods and under the right conditions you could hit 250 depending on the dyno.

That's def good news. I had some more questions about your OTS tune that comes with the kit. How does this tune account for varying modifications across different twins if it's the same for everyone? Would you always recommend a custom dyno tune at some point? And lastly, can a custom tune provide higher numbers then the ones you just listed or is this the max the blower can handle.

You shouldn't need a custom tune if you stick with the standard setups that are within spec of what our tune encompasses.

A custom tune could provide higher numbers when running a full exhaust system but we have designed the kit around a stock configuration to be versatile.

The tune itself accounts for small variances via the MAF sensor. Though there are minor differences between setups, they are very consistent from vehicle to vehicle.

speaking of squeaks, anyone else have a really short squeak (less than 5sec) only at start up and at the idle dip?

When my engine is cold (sitting for >4hrs), and I start it...it'll squeak shortly. It goes away within 30sec(?), or once I start driving. It sounds like it's coming from the alternator pulley, but I could be wrong.

Initially, I thought it was the idler pulley so I replaced that. No luck. Others speculated that it could be the "blue" gates belt I installed. I haven't tried going back to the standard "black" belt, so I can't confirm if this works.
