Well the way I'd correlate the two, Drift tuning involves camber, usually increasing negative camber (couldn't I just say Decreasing Camber?).

The stance guys, for the most part do no actually drifting (at least not on purpose, usually its followed by sounds that are usually a lil more whiney and painey), mimic the drift cars and their tunes.

The biggest drift tuning is done by increasing the steering angle which is the enemy of a stance guy.
