He has a front mount. It's no contest when it comes to beating heat.

Oh yeah, He may have been driving harder but I beat his time by nearly 2 seconds.

LOL all you want but having had a good tuned set of Bilsteins on my C6 Z06. I would seriously consider a good balanced set - with just a 1" ish drop and sell my coilovers for something I do not have to worry about.

I didn't get it. There's a video of me confronting Manny Alves (impersonating someone else) on Supraforums... Long time ago.

The oil cooler I use is this one:
http://www.tomiokaracing.com/index.p...hermostat.html
it says 16 row.

I really want to resolve this high coolant temp issue (220F just driving stop and go traffic today again) and the next step I am thinking is drilling holes in the front bumper, FB shroud for stock rad/fan set up. My custom TC kit is so tight in their, I am not sure if the thicker Koyo Rad will fit in their without using thin spal fans.

Whether its Koyo or stock rad, I still think the issue is air flow and fans. Not the radiator it self.
Something else is the issue, not the cooling. Without load, your engine is not really creating much heat, since you're not really burning a lot of fuel.

Don't fix the symptom; look for the cause.

What about a mishimoto racing thermostat? Would that help his radiator coolant at all?

Thermostats only slightly delay the time it takes to overheat

Maybe radiator foam air ducting might be the problem.
