Yesterday(forgot the time, but around 4pm to 5pm?), very nice lady waved at me in another WRB BRZ on the 5 fwy South, I was headed to Irvine and we kinda drove along each other in traffic for a while. Made my day, especially when earlier that day, some old integra (with an infiniti logo) randomly cut me off doing a "flyby" using the opposite lane on a residential area. I was trying to be in the speed limit and there was a red light with cars ahead.

Not gonna lie, I don't even bother waving at stock BRZ/FRS's anymore. Too many of them are automatics owned by oblivious drivers that have no idea as to why you're waving at them. I get more love from the WRX/STi crowd...

I saw bunch yesterday in Irvine. None of the drivers acknowledged me whatsoever. Even the BRZ with sti lip kit and wheels! Ha. So I might give up waving too haha.

From my experience, Californians don't acknowledge the wave. They are oblivious to it. When I owned my focus st, I was stationed in Kentucky. Everyone would wave at me and I would wave at them. Thumbs up, peace signs, anything. But moving back here...I realized how shitty the car scene is.
