According to the banned user list it was for spamming. Beyond that, no clue.

The only thing that is *supposed to be different* is the center of gravity, and idle smoothness.

That being said, regardless of who you go with to build your motor, they all have OEM bearings in them. I'd imagine they are aluminum. Anyone know why ACL hasn't come out with any yet?

I'm a member of Tampa 86 and this guy is a member as well. Knew he was getting the block "built" but didn't know by who until he posted on the dyno and I lol'd. His dad is a very successful GT driver, so it amazed me how he didn't do his research on who was going to be touching his car. Or that they didn't have connections to much more reputable shops.

That and the fact that all the oil runs to the heads during hi G cornering.
And primaries lengths are all screwed up.

Inline and V motors are prone to oil starvation as well.

Having a baffled oil pan and a better oil pump to keep pressures up can help combat this. Unfortunately there isn't much of an option for us on the oil pump effort. As for oil running to heads, EJ motors are designed to oil the heads first, THEN the mains. On the FA20, oil hits heads and mains simultaneously. Our pump is is just not designed for FI in mind.

As for the primaries, I'm assuming you're talking about the manifold? And if that's the case, how is it that one could still manage to fit, lets say, the HKS EL manifold in factory location, and still fit with all undertrays with no clearance issues? It is essentially a OEM copy with proper EL design. OEM's very rarely design manifolds that are "tuned". They, afterall, are a profit generating company and its cost analysis will ultimately kill most of the features that we would all like to see in a car.
