Then please put to change the final drive to 4.10. The stock mx-5 in the game is Euro/JDM model. Thanks!

The Euro Final drive is a 3.7 I was pretty sure the 6spd had a 3.9 but now that I think about it, I was incorrect.

Rally De Positano(standard)

Sport intake, sport gearbox, sport shocks/springs, sport roll bars, sport tires(stock width), sport gearbox(4.1 is the USDM stock final drive).
The PI is 362.

1:08! Man, how am I supposed to beat that? I switched to 4.1 gears and couldn't beat my old time so I started cutting corners. Which ruined my laps.

I'll try again tomorrow night. But that's going to be tough to beat.

Also, some advice since were hot lapping. Don't do 1 lap after another, do 1 warm up lap, but don't cross the finish. Roll around the last turn at about 20-25mph, even a little less if your sliding too much, and get as far left as you can, than start your next lap. You get about a 5-6mph gain at the start, rather than if you were to just take that last turn inside.

Just out of curiosity, why are we using Simulated steering? Its awful and impossible to be consistant unless your using a wheel with force feedback. Even the Forza devs said on the forums that its not 100% and best with a steering wheel.

I'm pretty sure the "buggy" corners has to do with the lifting wheels, as I always seem to lift wheel on the 270* right turn when I cut it too tight but I dunno about the chicane. The chicane at the beginning is possible to cut most of the corners safely but the entry/exit of the final turns needs a bit of finesse.

Running the very last corner wide for more speed is a good idea. I figured that out but hadn't thought to try staggering my attempts so I could use it.

Snoopy is the one that setup the rules. We could always ask him to change it. That's the only one I really disagree with.

Simulated certainly makes it harder.. so I guess it's more of a challenge..

It really caused me a lot of snap oversteer occasions in the MR2.. that's why I hated the long track.. you had to waste so much time before you could try again on a clean lap.

If you guys feel like I should change it I certainly can. I think I previously had it set to compare directly with the FRS without actually having the car in game.

But, if it makes things harder, and doesn't represent real life results I can surely change it

Ran another 35 laps saturday. Lap 34 I got this.

I tried to text a pic from a cell phone but it never arrived, had to wait for a camera to come back since they all were out on trips.
