They were on the car from 4/8/13 to 6/24/14 so roughly 4-5k miles

The ride is more firm and reactive than stock but it's not more harsh. The top mounts having the rubber around the bearing means they allow no more NVH than stock. The 250lbs/in springs allow plenty of bump travel on the street and track which other bigger drop springs don't do nearly as well.
