Anymore shots of the 17x8, was looking to run them in a square setup.

How are you fuckers fitting 275s? My 17x9 +35s with 255s are rubbing the fenders and I have nearly -3.0 degrees of camber on the rear...

Custom rear fender work. Had them keep the stock lines, but push it out a little over 2" on each side. Wide body.... Keeping stock look was my goal with flexibility of getting alignments appropriate for street or track performance rather than camber to avoid rubbing.

If I didn't have wide rear fenders, the 17x8 square is a perfect setup! 235s give you the most grip, least drag, comfortable balance setup for this car.
275s I do feel a noticeable increase in "tracking" on the highway. A little annoying for my wife when she drives.

Oh my, they look so good! Someone tells these guys to make them in Grey or Gunmetal!! No, I don't want to powdercoat my wheels and mess up their structure and make the wheels out of round.

Curious, are the machined dimples in the spokes aluminum or painted white? The pics look white but I know pics are often inaccurate.

They are just machined finish and unpainted. I actually quite like them.

Another angle of the fronts.
Yes the machined look is a really nice accent. A grey metallic would look really cool. Thank you for not dumping these into a paint or powdercoat or plastidip!!

Meh, it's perfectly fine for daily driving and spirited evenings. Hoping Michelin expands their 17 super sports to at least 265s. The rs3s are pretty noisy and slippery when cold, the dws are quiet with a mellow warm up. Haven't gotten it properly align / corner balance since the upgrade.

Currently r888s come in 275 and 245. That will be my track/autox setup.
