To each their own, I suppose
Come on. Wondebra climbed under a car, identified a few bolts and made some 90 degree breaks in a sheet of aluminum. How advanced does he have to get to get a little credit?

When did wonderbar advertise his product? If he have, please PM me ALL of em! I'll be happy to delete ALL of those posts without hesitation.

He doesn't advertise it, beyond a manufacturer saying they have a product available. It is sold through FT-86 Speedfactory.

You said ban without hesitation?
You also didn't answer the other questions.

What constitutes as "advertise his product"?

Ok, so I've been batting against team Wonderbar since I got here, but I gotta step up and say his product is being advertised by other users through word of mouth. He doesn't sell anything on this forum (I checked while I was trying to research different diffusers for sale) and as a result he is in compliance with all rules of the forum, to my knowledge.

Further still, I believe his product is being sold on the site, but through FT86speedfactory. Since they are a vendor (and have the product available at a price of $599.99, I believe), he still falls within compliance.

I am unfamiliar with the other people because I was too lazy to click the button. I just gotta be fair to all users because having fun at others expense was silly. Getting people kicked off the forum wrongfully is just mean.

<--- the button I didn't click

I am not going to get involved in if it was or was not a copy. I will say both of these post are completely unfair to Carl. It isn't as easy as making a few 90 degree bends and some holes in aluminum like you both think. Product development, designing, and manufacturing parts that fit and work well in not easy. BTW, Carl's diffuser works very well.

I was pointing out the inconsistency, says ban one minutes, says delete post the next minute.

As for your question to my original questions, again it is inconsistency. Was hoping you would explain the difference, pretty sure jamesm wasn't making money so banned and eventual vendor status seems ilogical. Are you able to explain why?

Ban me for what?

You're just going off-topic here. But to end this so called "insossitancy", I'll say this.

You don't know what jamesm or Crawford did... same goes w me. Only thing I know is they broke forum rule. How? Only them & Hachi knows. Do I care to know? Not at all. He saw something that was against forum rules, so he banned them, that's it.

Again, if you have problem w wonderbar & you claim he's advertising, please PM me, cuz this thread is going WAY off-topic.

Oh & if you don't know what I'm talking about on jamesm please check here.

You've been warned & I'm done here.

Interesting, I never saw that thread.

As for problems, it's their site and they can do whatever they want. Not exactly my problem.

Just called it a "Driveway Labs" style diffuser and you are all good. No one seems to have an issue about all the STI style lips or OEM style diffusers. Those vendors probably used the OEM part to pull the mold.
