I think he is looking for the clip labeled "A". There is a "A", "B", and "C" clip on each side marker. "A" is the notoriously loose clip.

Yes this. I believe it's the same clip on either side, so one from a stock light would work too. These things are just awful.

Ps @Boosted if you have one from an old broken light I'd love to grab it!

I think I'm going to superglue the hell out of my A clips the next time I pull them. Terrible design, just like the awful clips under our headlights for the housings. Who makes clip holders that aren't even tall enough for something to clip on????

All of these posts are making me more and more hesitant to take off parts or panels off of the front bumper ever. I know it's inevitable and the time will come but now I think I'll just wait until it's unavoidable.

I remember reading something about there being a TSB on the headlight housings, but I don't know how legit that was or not. It definitely is a problem and the car's bumper should fit right no matter how many times it's removed... It's really an easy solution and I might try to fix it myself. I might shave down the housings a bit and make the clip holder a bit higher so the tabs actually click down on them, but if there was a TSB, I would definitely have them order me them and I'll put them on.
