Measure diameter as close as you can - we can try a couple versions on one first and snug it up. I can bring digital calipers to an M&M meet too

The Subaru/Scion/Toyota center-hub measures 56.1mm dia.
If you can figure out what the wheels is fitted for I can make a sample ring dead-easy.

Looks like the PCD 100 is a 67mm center hub diameter. So I'll run a 67mm OD and 56.1mm ID AND if you bring the wheel sometime we can test fit it and measure the actual wheel.
