I just hope you're not settling for sizes you don't want. RPF1s are easily found used (With the colour you want, too!)

Thank god today's MCO autocross wasn't quite as hot as last time. Still pretty warm by the end of the day but not find-emergency-relief hot.

Kenny and I had a great battle. Over the course of 7 runs, we swapped the lead of C class 6 times! Usually by just a few tenths of a second. But in the end, Kenny prevailed with a time of 60.342 seconds vs. my 60.867. Good for 1st and 2nd in class.

Pete was a little bit further back, and had a very entertaining 6th run. Well, entertaining for us, not sure how it felt in the car as he hung the tail way WAY out a couple of times before finally spinning his grey beast. All the sideways action unfortunately killed his time otherwise he might have been right in the thick of the action.

Here's a shot of the FR-S crew:

Next event is Sat July 26th at the Canadian Tire Place. Come on out if you've got a chance. We always have a spare helmet around and would be happy to offer rides so you can see what it's like.

Edit: Oh yah, almost forgot -- after lunch Kenny almost found out what it would be like to compete on rims, not tires. He was in the staging line when I noticed his front tire was really low. It was down to 6 psi and probably wouldn't have stayed on the rim during the first hard corner. Fortunately I spotted it in time so Kenny could make a quick exit and pump it up. >whew<

Hey @Klinn, apologies for not introducing myself but I was the guy with the ITR. I didn't even realize you and Kenny were in a tight battle for the class. Guess I should have paid more attention. When I was talking with him he seemed more focused on trying to beat me, haha.

@UMB FR-S, great catching up with you today. We'll see you next week at PITL.

Yup a big thanks to Colin for saving my rim! Not only can he still drive fast in his old age but he can still see pretty well too! Another duel in 2 weeks!
