after all that, the result is still the same, now the questions is would Invidia/reseller in Sydney take it back? because some people think 10mm difference is ok, and some auto shops I went to told me to learn to live with it. and it's way too much work for me to take it down and put the stock back on, should I just take it to a welder and get them to reweld it? then again will they welder it perfectly even or make it worse, which path should I take?

Have you tried contacting the vendor you purchased it from? Invidia is pretty good about warranty returns. If something isn't right, don't hesistate to return it and get a new one. That slip joint isn't mean to be loosened once it's tightened one time.

I am not sure if i should return it, I did contacted the vendor once and he thinks he might be able to fit it properly in his shop, due to the distance to his shop I've taken it to 3 local shops and they all said the issue is with the exhaust design on slip on joint pushing it to driver side more, even if we re-arrange it and change hangers, looked fine in the shop, once driven for a short while it changes back.
The Vendor might agree for return or swap but I had to drive 2.5 hours to his shop(I bought online and it was shipped to me), then he need to examine it and might need to take it off and on, drive for a few days and return again, after all that even if he agree to return or swap, I don't know what I'll get, all the research I've done is point to Invidia Q300 due to low noise and no drone. I never expect the fitment would be the issues. Invidia might have good warranty policy but we are in Australia, shipping for return is gonna cost a fortune. I am out of ideas.

Finally, my Exhaust is perfectly balanced. big thanks to Brad again from Westside Muffler. we trimmed 3mm off the driver side tip and refitted, tag and weld multiple times and finally I can have a good night sleep, so glad is fixed.
