What kind of coolant are you using? I would use mostly water with the MoCool and maybe just a tiny bit of antifreeze to raise the boiling point.

Did you remove the guides which direct flow into the radiator? If air isn't hitting the radiator properly it's not going to do much cooling.

Tested again yesterday on short uphill. Don't know is Mocool works or no, but temperature was:
Outside +18C
Water +102C
Oil +120C

Your Oil temp is high but that Water temp is not good especially on a short uphill, I really wonder if your thermostat is working properly.

I don't think you will find a socket that fits properly. You kind of have to just tighten it down and torque it with the socket not fitting perfectly.

Do you have any ceramic coating or heat wrapping of the manifold and down pipe? Do you have a turbo blanket? At this point I would do anything I could to reduce engine bay temps and try to get more air to your radiator. Are your cooling fans working properly? Have you tried venting the hood?

I believe they are just the styrofoam pieces which a lot of people take out when doing the FMIC. I haven't taken my bumper off just seen pictures of it.

I would say for track duty (or anywhere where freezing isn't an issue) your best bet is mostly distilled water with the MoCool added in and maybe a small amount of normal coolant for additional lubrication and to raise the boiling point. A high pressure radiator cap might also be useful to raise the boiling point.

Also make sure your fans are working, a few people on here have had the FBM slim fans fail...

If you don't have an air pocket you definitely are having issues with airflow or coolant flow.

Yes, I have ceramic coated intake pipes, turbo blanket and exhaust manifold wrap.

It seems that fans working well, but when I turn on AC, temperature drops about 7-8C degree.

Will make additional ventilation this week on the hood and front bumper.

LJ @FullBlown should know, otherwise just take measurements and go to www.kandn.com and you can find a part number.

I have not ever seen a clear answer to this. If all they do is an OBD plug in test to check for working emissions systems then there is a small chance. The problem is that the Full Blown kit turbo manifold removes all the cats and places both the pre-cat and the post-cat O2 sensor very close to each other meaning that the check of the post-cat O2 sensor needs to be diabled by EcuTek or you will throw a check engine light. I am not sure if in the process of diabling that check that it will still report as working properly for an OBD plug in test.

You will definitely want an EcuTek cable to be able to datalog your car. No forced induction owner should be without one.
