GT Mustang geared down just to line up to me as we were approaching a red light. Then he floored it only to have to slam his brakes because we were so close to the traffic light. Not sure if because it was a teenage driver or just Mustang owner in general...

So far I've only had some dumbass I know try to "race" me on Facebook. lol Apparently he felt the need to comment on the picture of my FR-S I picked up last Thursday to let me know that he wants to race me because his Camaro LT would "smoke my ass." So I told him, "Yeah, you'd most likely beat me in a straight line." Then kindly invited him to meet me for an autocross event to see who posts a better time. lol

Well actually I beat 2 V6 mustangs...once on the freeway (doing about 50mph dropped to third) and once right off a launch (got him off the launch and he never caught up)....beat both those guys by like a fender...I have borla headers, intake, and white line differential and tranny mounts. Maybe I got lucky? maybe their horrible drivers?

V6 Camaro was mad when he didn't spank me, he got me by like half a car haha

base model mustangs only produce 210WHP, and GT models do 290WHP....they are also a bit heavier.

Not quite a race me bro...

Two days in a row I had a car start driving like a moron once they noticed me in traffic. At least it seems that way.

Yesterday I was on a three lane highway, in the middle lane at a red light. It turns green and a Genesis comes through the open lane, I see him notice my car stopped (his head literally came out of the window looking). He then does some kind of hand gesture out the window then revs his motor and speeds up a bridge that was ahead.

Today, going to work I see a lowered Mazda 3 enter the highway. I am approaching going normal speed. As I approach him he takes off getting up to at least 100, and then gets stopped by traffic. I end up behind him, over the next 10 minutes he must have done at least 3 take offs just to again get stopped by traffic. He then decided to do multiple erratic lane changes in and out of traffic. Eventually he went in the slow lane and I passed him.

People are stupid what makes them get like this

Speaking of Mazdas, I had a MS3 tailgate me this morning and proceeded to gun it from every stoplight after getting next to me.

I wonder how his motor mounts are doing...

Yesterday at a light, I had an 8th gen Accord to the right of me floor it in the rain when it went green. What's funny, there was a cop to my left.

These are my "race" encounters so far and I've only had the car 2 weeks.

that's weird. im in houston with the car 4 months already. i have not gotten 1 "race me" encounters lol

Just let off the gas and watch them get mad and speed past. Bonus points if they get pulled over up ahead

I uh...coinidentally let off the gas and/or cruise right next to the person in front of them if there's two lanes. Really grind's their gears lol
