I bit the bullet and decided to order this bumper.

I've been working with Tony at APR and he's stated they've thrown out the first mold that had fitment issues so I'm hoping for the best.

Ordered it with a 10% off promo and free shipping which is available till Monday so that's a plus.

The bumper was due to ship the day after I ordered it but a damn shipping truck hit the box and cracked it. Tony called me and advised they're making a new one with an ETA of a week with it getting expedited once it's out so I feel like I'm getting taken care of.

Sharing my experience thus far and I'll update when I receive it!

Isn't it amazing?? They threw out the first mold from which the product we/I bought was built, which clearly admits fault on their part, but they refused to refund my money. Why would anybody support this company?

So what's the verdict on this product? Anyone actually purchase a current generation of this bumper that could share some experience?

Stay away. I forgot to go back and detail my experience but the short story is I experienced delays and when the product finally got to me it was ill fitting like previous pictures showed. APR was willing to do a new mold and try again but at that point it had been 6 weeks and I wasn't wiling got wait. Not to mention the I never received their refund and had to end up disputing the charge. I'll upload some later but unless you're willing to do some fiberglass work I wouldn't bother.

That's a shame as there seem to be very few options for a replacement bumper that retains the turn signals while incorporating track focused elements such as brake duct inlets and a better designed splitter. I am actually quite surprised considering APR has a very legit reputation in the tuning industry.

If this were a quality replacement for the front bumper, I'd consider it as the only explored option.

Looks like a standard (shit) affair if you/shop has played with bodykits before. This it pretty typical on bodykits from my experience. Varis is the only company I have ever had that had a perfect bumper fit. Shine Auto Project came in a close second. I want to try Damd next but the $2k price to my door is insance for just a front bumper.
