I'll echo what others have said and install it yourself. Book time on sway bars and springs is actually quite excessive. It's like their quoting hours on what it would take an inexperienced person to do the work.
I've done rear springs and sway bar in under an hour, beginning to end. Front will take a little more time, but once you have the sway bar carrier out, it's easy. Labor time on springs is usually 1 hour per corner. Sway bars I would estimate 2 in the front and 1 in the rear (lol)

Install time trd sway bars?
Ride quality doesn't really suffer per se (maybe a little). If anything steering feel would be more responsive. But I guess one way to look at it is with stiffer sways (front or rear), it makes the left and right suspension less independent. If you hit a pothole on the right side, you would feel it a little bit more on the left side now with stiffer sways. But all this is to make your car flat while cornering - taking onramps with stiffer sways on is extremely fun. The stiffer up the rear more and you induce more oversteer, you stiffen up the front more and you get more under steer. One thing I did notice now with stiffer sways on, on some driveways my car would lift up in a way that I would not get both my 2 rear tires on the ground at the same time - a little annoying but livable.
