How did the horse get to the car? Long time since I've been around a farm, but I don't remember horses in the garage or parking in the stable!

Hood will most likely need to be completely sanded, after that those area's will probably be filled in, everything primed and painted. My paint guy said $500 for the bumper so I would say 3-400 for a hood.

Why the hell would a horse try to bite a bonnet? Were there apples reflecting on it or someting? Are you sure it's not a cat (but the scratches seem deep for it to be a cat)?
At lest it shouldn't rust as it's aluminium |

If you're on gravel roads and around horses etc. and something like this might happen again you could always do a vinyl carbon fiber wrap. If it gets chipped or messed up again just peel it and re-wrap... just a suggestion. Sign shop - $150-$200
