You use Google to find threads that have already discussed what you want, made by real people. Technology is great!

I would sell that header and go AVO turbo if you're looking to turbo. Their header is UEL that it comes with and is a very nice setup. If I didn't go with the Innovate supercharger that's the route I'd go. It will work with your Nameless over/down pipe as well so you'd only need to sell the header, which isn't very good quality anyway so you'd be getting better stuff all around.

Yeah because with p tuning i would have to get rid of the nameless which i dont want to do and the avo seems a bit more plug and play the only thing is i will need to sell the borla header

Header is easier to sell especially a UEL as it's popular, plus you'll get most your money back out of it.

You'll need a rear-mount turbo to keep your existing exhaust setup, so you would be going PTuning.

Honestly, I wouldn't be locking out all of the other turbo options just to keep a Borla UEL header though. At worst, you'll lose a couple hundred selling it on the used market.

Revolution Performance RP400 kit, JDL EL / UEL turbo kit, Full blown kit, Revworks kit are all legitimate quality kits that are within a reasonable price. If the kit is too much call the shop and see if they can use an older style turbo that will drop the price down for you as most people will still be extremely happy with the older turbos and dont have to have a top of the line turbo. They all require the header to be replaced but allow you to keep your existing exhaust setup. Really I would just get rid of the borla it will be the easiest to sell and get a header designed for a turbo.

Whichever turbo kit you go with will come with it's own header.

There are a bunch to chose from and it's quite a large investment, so I would put aside a fair chunk of time to read through the turbo kit owners threads and find one that will do what you want

If your trying to save the header and exhaust for budget reasons you dont need a turbo. If its for sentimental reasons the well.....I dunno.
