My Gap up front is there again and just as bad as before it's popping out on the drivers side fender/bumper connection point and under the head light... This is really pissing me off.
There is a TSB on it but I only seem to be able to find it on the Subaru side of the house...

I have so many TSB's I need to take advantage of, but I'm paranoid of bringing in my car with a full exhaust to the dealer. Would I be able to head to another dealer to get my car repaired? (Gap, fuel pump, rough 4th gear, deck lid popping)

Make an appointment at camelback... They are pretty laid back when it comes to a modified car. Just don't lie to them and they wont yank you around.

I got my car tinted finally at All Pro Window Tint in Surprise. He was on the expensive side but he did a really good job. $275 for Suntek CXP.

Sure. I have plans late morning/early afternoon. Shouldn't take long. Taking daughter to get her first cell phone.

I work in the body shop industry and there is updated hardware for the front bumpers. The last time I took my bumper off to fiddle with my bov I replaced them. The side retainer brackets are generally a one time use. Once you take the front bumper cover off they need to be replaced. The is typical for most manufactures these days. I can't count how many retainers we have to replace in order to make the bumper sit flush again. Another issue with these front covers on these vehicles is the mounting tabs molded by the headlamps. After you take the front cover off more than 2 times they are brittle and weak. I have seen some actually seperate and flex to the point the vehicle would need a new front cover. Do keep in mind that if your front cover has been taken off multiple times the hardware may not be the fix for the vehicle.
