Two very different cars.

Plus I would go for the wrx not STi. I'm not about to endure a decade old EJ again. FA20DIT please.

Of you want to keep the feel of the car then go S/C. If you specifically want a turbo and keep the feel as close to stock as possible, AVO. It could be compared to a mix of the genisis coupe's power with 86 looks and handling.

GT86 for sure. Was on the verge of trading mine in for a 2013 sti... so glad i didn't. The road feed back is much better, it feels like your driving much faster than you are vs driving the sti little to no feed back (test driving highway pulls). Don't get me wrong the STI is fast just don't like the feel. my .02

PS: once boosted (depending on brand/type) you can easily out perform an STI.

Do you need 4 doors? Have your driven a boosted car. The WRX is a great car. Go test drive one and decide for your self.

I honesty don't have a problem with the design. I think it looks better than the previous model

You're crazy if you think that looks good. It looks like they've tried to join the WRX to the standard fleet line of cars like the Camry, Accord, etc. Subaru was always about those bubbly looking unrefined edges. I thought the prior generations looked much more aggressive. Now that the hatch is gone... kinda sucks. an FA20DIT hatch would be sick.

Thanks for the feed back man I haven't test drove one or better yet never drove a turbo charged vehicle so that being said I'll probably jizz my pants if I drive either turbo brz or wrx... but one thing that concerns me is reliability of a turbo brz.. how is that gonna compare with a turbo charged boxer with warranty! ?

FRS/BRZ turns heads. WRX won't.

FRS/BRZ is a true sports car. WRX/STI is a sporty sedan.

If you can afford it, buy a practical vehicle (AWD, Haul shit, transport people etc) and a fun vehicle. If you try to buy a car that does both, they do both "okay".

"pay to play" is the saying there. A lot of people have run turbos on there twins for thousands of miles no problem. Unfortunately there are less fortunate others out there that got blown up earlier. My JDL kit should come in pretty soon, with supporting mods and a conservative/GOOD tune (nothing stupid aggressive) I dont see a reason why things would go boom. Just dont abuse the ***** out of it
