Yes. Worth every penny! The power for the CARB kit isn't huge because it is a CARB legal kit and tuned very conservatively. The rotrex isn't spinning at max RPM's and the tune is dialed back. This is one of the reasons I got the kit... the expandability is there... E85, etc... I didn't want a kit that was already maxed out right out of the box. Plus, having the CARB sticker under my hood is a huge plus living in CA.
