Here is a log of 3rd and 4th gear pulls.

Note that I didn't complete the 4th gear pull, I ran out of road, and also lifted off the throttle for a moment in the middle. On the plus side... peak boost of 4.79!

If fuel additives aren't your thing, you could always just reduce base timing in the tune at the RPM/load ranges you're seeing knock.

After running lowering springs and now these coilovers I found its worth the extra money for the coilovers. They weren't crazy expensive (750 shipped) and I'm much happier with the ride. The lowering springs were great looking but hitting large bumps was horrible. As for the spring install the only hard part in my opinion is taking off the old own springs. I would take it to a shop and pay a few bucks to have them remove them. Lowering springs are easy to compress and install on your own. Luckily for me I have access to a spring compressor.
