that'd be nice. so that's a c30 kit with both tunes being 91 and Visconti tune is a MAF tune? can you also post the full drive log, not just a WOT pull?
my curiosity is because the maf placement on this kit is fairly close to throttle body and pretty much right after the angle which i've herd is not ideal for maf tune. also, drift-office guys (if i'm not mistaken) were saying they were hitting the voltage limits of maf sensor.

How does the KW tune work, is it map or maf?
In other words, can we vent a bov to atmosphere? Because want!

Our maps are SD based and you can vent to atmosphere if desired. The BOV is 25mm.

Is there a functional difference between unhooking the recirc hose or buying the shiny BOV? Seems to me it does the same thing...

I believe they are separate things. Unhooking the recirc hose will get you the sound in general since it's going to atmosphere. You can change the sound to a different type by changing the bov. But changing the bov will get you a different sound whether the recirc is connected or not. Someone please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not an automotive encyclopedia, lol

Ok, still piecing together my build to go with the SC.

Radium dual catch cans are in.

Now, radiator discussion. I see we can go Koyo or Mishimoto for the single setups. Robispec is out of the question as I want to stay air to oil on the oil cooler.

Any real life suggestions on these radiators? Warranty difference or size difference? Do you guys even notice a large difference in cooling temps by having an aftermarket one over stock? I won't be seeing too many track days, but its hot where I live.

BOV opens and shuts... I think, than just being freely open all the time as you suggested.

BTW: So for us down here in S. Tx do you agree the 5w-30 or even 10w-30 would be the bests route for us?

Looking for the answer to this question too. I'll be due for an oil change come SC install time.

I guess I don't understand why the needed bump in viscosity. Are your temps really that insane? With the forester oil cooler my temps never touch 220F when I beat on it on the street. For the track it might be a different story and even then I'd just run Amsoil 0w20 that is rated for 300F+

Spirited driving in afternoons, woot on 3rd gong up a ramp. I hit 236+ easily. I have no oil cooler yet. Waiting for @KraftWerks to release it.

I may just stick with 0w-20 then. I won't be a track junkie, but the occasional spirited drive will be there.

Also waiting for @KraftWerks to release the oil cooler.

I'm putting my oil cooler on this weekend and will finish my under hood work.
Then it's off the jackstands, do some pulls and install the STS.
Next weekend is suspension work.
After that - Track day

I love my Mishi to be honest. The quality is quite nice for the price. Have had mine for a little over 7k miles now. They do offer a lifetime warranty. I can get a pretty good deal on them as well.
