Go through my posts and you'll find an extremely detailed write up of dyno testing! I would sift through for it but I'm on the phone.

The Flange clearly needs to be cleaned up that's the big one the rest is more of a welding stainless issue that will be fine for most anyone NA esp. at that price. Bit I would either redo the flange or using an exhaust expander and a cutter clean up the flange, make it match and then weld it from the inside to make it as smooth a transition as possible.

Again these are cheap but if you don't mind maybe 1-2 hours of work or just don't care and run them the way they are it's an option.

On another note I brought the Header with me for @jack43, lets see if I can meet up with him.

Had Alan @AZFA20 put on my JDL over pipe and front pipe and I'm knocking on wood right now because my header rattle seems to have disappeared. This setup is ridiculous.

I just read your thread on the whole install. So I am thinking bang for the buck these are very worth it. The argurments on their where funny. Everyones was bitching about the cost and blah, blah, blah, and my whole thinking is, "how much do we all spend for an exhaust and what does that really get us?"

After this, some headers and a tune and I'm done... Yeah right, but I will have to be for awhile.

Haha yup. I agree considering what they are they are quite expensive but they do work both tuned and untuned!

I would say a good motor oil like Eneos Sustina. $60 per oil change, and can actually save you money with improved mileage! Unless the gain is in my head. That could certainly be the case.
