From Alberta Canada, owned every car you can imagine (20 of varying drive platform and engine size) and I finally settled on two. My 2002 5spd IS300 and my 2013 Whiteout FRS.

This forum is a lot better than most, glad to be here. ✌️

Future owner

Hello everybody,

My name is Dan, I'm from Chicago and the FR-S has been slowly getting under my skin for the past few months. I went to drive one and I actually like the car.

I currently have a 2007 BMW 335i e93 with every available option. But the fr-s just feels like a good deal to me right now because of gas mileage, cheap parts, and fun factor.

Joined the forum to find out more, and hopefully be a proud owner in the next few months.

Hi guys! I'm a new FR-S owner--I bought one used and have been officially driving him for 2 weeks now. I bought him supercharged and a bit modded. To my knowledge he's been de-modded of everything except for the supercharger and plating in the trunk to keep the sound/feel of subs (removed) in the car. I plan on doing a lot to Talon and I'm excited to learn about all the knitty gritty details of my car.

*disclaimer, please don't try to troll me by trying to get me to refer to my car as a she. It's unoriginal and I really do not care.

For Real Speed...lol

New here.
Proud owner of a new, whiteout, FRS (93 miles on the gauge when i picked it up-what a great site
Currently living in Davis, CA, studying nutrition (graduating in a week), and starting grad school in the fall.
Davis is a good place for driving on open, curvy roads, and I've been realizing I want to start modding and getting the track; incidentally, I recently signed up for my first racing instruction at Willow Springs - hoping to learn more about how to really drive this beast.
I've already found a lot of useful posts and info on the forum and I look forward to finding more and posting my own thoughts as I become more familiar with the car and the forum.
Thanks for putting together a solid forum full of proud owners of a great car.

Keep things coming and enjoy the ride!

New to the forum. Been meaning to buy an FR-S since they came out. Test drove an FR-S over a year ago and the car just felt like a direct connection to the road. Totally purposeful machine.

About to pull the trigger on either a '15 or a leftover 10 Series that is sitting on a dealer lot at over $4k off. Not sure which to do. Either way, I'm excited to join the FR-S family!

My dealer has three 2013 FRS at 4k off also. Don't know if they are going to sell quickly because the 2015 models will be out before you know it.
