I don't think the ft-86 really fits into what most people think of when they think lexus. It's not designed around luxury, but performance, and it was even talked about having a track model with only bare-bones. Have you ever heard of a bare-bones lexus? |

Actually toyota will have more reason to panic ![]() p.s if worst comes to worst i'll just happily go with subaru 216A since it's going to look exactly the same aside from the grille, badging, headlight and taillight assemblies and some other minor aesthetics because, i just don't see myself buying a scion. Current SC series has 3UZ engine. Do you really expect em to have turbo or put bigger engine on small car like that?

-On..... You see what I did there.I dont understand all the scion hate. If Scion is to ever come out of its Eco-box ricer POS persona, They are going to need a car that will push them through that barrier. Something that will possibly be a legend. The FT could maybe be that car. I would hate to hear you guys bitch if scion were to announce the next Supra would be under a scion badge. I still would prefer Toyota. |

The problem is they don't want to create a legendary car to push through. They want a legendary marketing campaign. This company is the interpretation of what an enthusiast company is except it's been created by marketing douchebags and accountants that have no real clue what an actual enthusiast is. Re-bodied Toyota NASCAR racer as a Scion Formula D entry? Give me a break. Am I supposed to go run out and buy a FWD tC to be like Tanner Foust after watching him race? "Duh gee, why can't I smoke the rear tires?" Fuck marketing douchebags. And fuck Scion. PS: That's not even funny about the Supra.

How about this: "Why can't I get a 2JZGTE in my tC, like the Titan Motorsports tC funny car has?"
Fuck Scion.
