Maybe it's time he replaced the unit. There might be an intermittent fault on that one.

Things are great Toma. We have over 20 people running the system as of this week. Shiv has been instrumental in developing open source tunes for the ESC using both 91 and e85. The guys in the states are waiting on the release of the e85 map once shiv gets back from his honeymoon.
Current HP numbers are 206hp and 185tq for standard ESC on 91. 225hp 202tq with standard system running e85. Shiv got 217hp on 92octane running a dual dump pack (twice the lead) Most people are upgrading to a 1.5 dump pack conversion (50 percent more lead). This upgrade is letting us hold about half a pound of boost at redline and is giving the system about 10 more HP similar to the dual dump pack. I will be installing a header and exhaust this weekend and am still running the tq300 with 1.5 dump conversion How has your winter been? |

Very nicely packaged, looks like quality stuff. I was a bit surprised to find only one page of instructions for wiring... It would be nice to have the complete install guide showing where/how to install everything... but I'll just print it off the website.

Not sure if that was a question or a statement, but yep. The wiring instructions that were in the box are the same ones from the third page here:

This might be a dumb question, but the instructions call for taping the batteries together.
Can I use duct tape or something? I didn't realize I would need anything special for that (and I'm not even sure I need something special).

Or you can use filament tape as recommended for the .5 dump packs.

I just wanted to make sure there wasn't a heat issue or something. Don't need a fire.

Full throttle Electric Supercharger Build Thread
Can't stress enough the proper procedure when dealing with electricity.
Rob follow the instructions closely.
