Why the confusion still? I think tranzformer posted some reliable info, confirmed by others. I've also seen the same numbers posted on some other sites. Here they are again:

US prices aren't going to have much relevance for you anyways (unless you buy south of the border). The markup here for Subies is always ugly on their pricier cars.

Yeah, but keep in mind they are in direct competition with the FR-S. They can't afford to put a 30% markup on the car. The American price is going to be the best thing we have to go on until the Canadian price is released.

It'll be nice but it will be overpriced for what it is and expensive to maintain. If I don't get a BRZ or FR-S in the next few months I will probably try to find myself a used BRZ Limited or wait for next year's model.
