quietest muffler out there
what is the quietest universal muffler out there? not looking for a sporty muffler i just want quiet. peformance doesnt matter. needs to be 2.75 or 3in inlet/outlet. when i search all i can find is sporty mufflers. least amount of sound . if its quieter than stock thats even better

So you just want it quieter than stock? Just weld in a universal muffler on the mid pipe. Effectively giving you 2 mufflers.

Definitely doubling up on mufflers would make it quieter. Might have too much restriction though.

if for some reason you do want quieter than what you have now do like the others said and add another muffler or add a cat. either way you are restricting the exhaust a lot more and will likely loose some power. |

Exhaust splits to a y pipe on my aftermarket 2.75in exhaust. then it goes to 2 mufflers one on each side. im going to put a exhaust dump butterfly on one side and on the other im gonna replace the loud muffler with a quiet muffler so when the butterfly is closed the exhaust will only travel through the quiet muffler.
