freaky, I was thinking the exact same thing, about 10 minutes ago but wasn't sure what the ID size of a shop-vac hose was. also thinking about flexible gutter downspout, or that flexible metal dryer vent (If it isn't too large) I already cut my vent, but don't want to spend a ton of money on a hose

Full throttle Electric Supercharger Build Thread

Haha, I was at Sears checking out some hex socket bits to install the TRD quick shifter I just ordered and walked passed this with a sign that said $19.99.

It's 2.5inches diameter compared to the 3" brake duct that Sojhinn has.

You do need to worry about heat. And you want to make sure your hoses won't melt. Spend the extra 5 bucks.

could you post what you used again? The stuff I was seeing on amazon last night is like $40 for the cheapest. (my search skills must be lacking) I wouldn't mind getting the right stuff from amazon, I still plan to order a 140 amp breaker/fuse form my batt relocation, and hopefully can add up enough to get free shipping on everything.

*edit: still only seeing the 10' lengths. What do we need, like 2 feet?

I ended up using approximately 3 ft.

Also you can try going to an auto parts store and check to see if they have air ducts.

I noticed autozone had 30 in ducting for 15 bucks.
