1.) Torque to specs is a killer.
2.) Some are still missing parts (killer when your in the middle of the build, only to find out that you are missing screws.
3.) Need to indicated that Tuner Kit does not include Map sensor.

My 2 cents.
Yes, "lucky ones" because the MAP is not included in the kit, essentially it was a freebie.

We're glad to hear you are happy with the product. As you can see we are willing to do as much as we can for the customer when given the chance, and a phone call can get things taken care of MUCH quicker than an angry post on the board.

Regarding the missing parts, we're working on getting that fixed permanently, however California labor laws prohibit us from verbally and physically abusing the staff. There is no excuse, however PLEASE recognize there are quiet a few parts in the kit and sometimes things happen... There might be a robot that can kit for us, however that would mean a few more US jobs would be eliminated.

Instruction: We will be updating them as soon as possible.

Again, there is no such thing as a "Tuner Kit", there is a kit WITH Tuning, a kit WITHOUT Tuning and the option to upgrade to a C38 (without tuning). We've updated the "notes" on the Kraftwerks site as well.

since there is no such thing as a "Tuner Kit" then maybe you shouldn't recommend it?

Not sure how long the unit had been on the car, but it was not installed at where it was on the dyno.

So I have been researching fa20 FI kits for a year now. I want to make to right choice for my needs, and also need time to save up some scratch from my meager income. After my first full track session (not autocross) I have decided that a supercharger is the way to go. So I crossed ESC and turbo off my list and focused on supa-chargaz. I have come to the conclusion that the KraftWerks kit with the C38 upgrade will fit my needs perfectly. Due to this fact, I have since been tracking the development of this tread with religious fervor. Even though there have been some small issues here and there, which can be well expected from a smaller company, I have been very impressed with how KW has been dealing with it. It seems to me they truly have a passion for motor sports, engineering, and in particular a dedication to the fa20 platform. Not every company will track threads and try and address every issue that comes up with the level of customer service KW has exhibited. Keep it up KraftWerks! You can count me as another loyal fan, and I haven't even ordered my kit yet!

The kit on it's own is great. Quality CNC parts and really feels solid. Aside from the charge pipes being thin, but that just makes them more lighter. Just do an inventory before tearing parts off your car and you should be fine. I should have done it myself. Lesson learned I guess.

Parts and nuts and bolts need to be in bags labeled with numbers and how many of each should be in the kit. It's impossible to do an inventory right now. Also waiting on my belt.

i actually quite liked that the bolts and parts are pre-assembled although yes, inventory those was a bit time consuming

I did as well. Since I've got time until these are settled, I followed an earlier tip and have been attaching bolts, clamps, etc. to make the install easier once I get to it.
